Download for Windows not working

It writes the download button after pressing that blocked page
just tested - the downloads are all working.
They don't work for me, but maybe not in vain, at least I avoid the virus :)
you may need to change your local settings if you want to be able to download games from itch
Especially double-check or temporarily disable pop-up / download blockers; sometimes they're hostile to innocent Itch games! :(
